Product Description

The open type square counter-flow cooling tower is a widely used evaporative cooling equipment. It adopts counter-flow heat exchange structure, where hot water flows downward from the top of the tower while cold air rises upward in reverse direction. Full contact between water and air is realized through high-performance fill media, so as to complete efficient heat dissipation and cooling.
The whole unit features square modular structure, reasonable layout and simple overall design. It has the merits of large cooling capacity, fast heat dissipation, stable operation and low noise. With reliable performance and low investment cost, this cooling tower is easy to install and maintain. It is the preferred cooling equipment for conventional industrial circulating water systems.

Main Configuration

1. Tower Body & Shell
Made of high-quality FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic), featuring excellent anti-corrosion, anti-aging and sun-proof performance. The surface is smooth and firm, not easy to crack or fade after long-term outdoor use. Square integrated structure, strong overall rigidity.
2. Cooling Fill Media
Adopts high-quality PVC corrugated fill, with large specific surface area, good hydrophilicity and strong heat exchange capacity. It is not easy to deform or block, and has long service life.
3. Water Distribution System
Equipped with plastic anti-clog spray nozzles, uniform water distribution without dead zones. The water distribution pipe is made of anti-rust material, durable and free from leakage.
4. Fan & Motor
Low-speed axial flow fan with large air volume and low running noise. The supporting motor is IP55 waterproof and dustproof, with stable power output and good heat dissipation. Variable frequency motor is optional for energy saving.
5. Water Basin & Water Outlet
Integral water basin at the tower bottom, made of FRP or stainless steel, good anti-leakage performance. Standard water outlet and overflow port are reserved for easy pipeline connection.
6. Air Inlet Louver
Installed around the air inlet, it can prevent water splashing, reduce water drift, and also block sundries from entering the tower.
