• Casing:  High-strength FRP shell with imported anti-UV gel coat, acid & alkali resistant, wall thickness 2-3mm, integral circular molding.
• Reduction Device:  Special reducer exclusively designed for cooling towers is adopted, featuring high temperature resistance, high transmission efficiency and low operating noise.
• Fill Packing:  Modified PVC inclined wave sheets are designed with transverse ribs to enhance water redistribution capacity. Featuring low flow resistance and excellent thermal performance, the filler withstands operating temperatures from -50°C up to 70°C and boasts outstanding flame retardancy.
•  Drift Eliminator: Multi-fold PVC eliminator to reduce water drift loss effectively.
•  Fan & Motor:  Adopt low-noise and energy-saving motors featuring excellent waterproof sealing, high temperature resistance, high working efficiency and low running noise. Matched with high-efficiency fans fitted with aluminum alloy or airfoil-shaped FRP blades for low noise and superior efficiency.
• Noise Absorption Measures: Ultra-low noise cooling towers are fitted with shields filled with sound-absorbing materials at air inlets, together with sound-absorbing grids installed on upper and lower sections to achieve maximum noise reduction effect.
• Air Inlet Louver: Equipped with FRP louver panels to cut down water drift and lower airflow resistance, ideal for cooling towers operating year-round especially in northern regions.
• Water Basin & Support Frame:Integrated FRP basin with makeup/overflow/drain port; hot-dip galvanized steel frame, strong wind & seismic resistance
